- Content Management (Drupal & Wordpress): content updates, complex webforms setup, external integrations (Pardot, AB Tasty, Google Data Studio...).

- Campaigns management (Pardot): campaigns setup, templates integration, automations setup, dynamic contents, tracking, users support.

- Tracking: owner of Univeral Analytics / Google Analytics 4 / Google Tag Manager, external agencies main point of contact for all (web) tracking topics.

- Web development: eGreetings card mailing platform (PHP), locations management platform (PHP), web pages improvements (javascript/jquery), campaign naming and UTM generator (Drupal webform).

- SEO: dashboards setup on Google Data Studio, positionning follow-up with SemRush and external agencies, crawl analysis with OnCrawl.

- Support internal stakeholders (communication & marketing) across business units and countries on various topics (content management, emailings, campaigns management, statistics...) via Zendesk (also responsible for: setup, data migration, workflows setup, design integration, articles and video tutorials creation).

- Internal communications (eMarketeer): email design, flow & data management, automations, users support & training, web development (API).
